A Plant-Based Foodie's Guide to Eating Out in Indy
I know firsthand how hard it can be to practice a plant-based lifestyle while going out to eat. As someone who follows more of a ‘flexitarian’ lifestyle, I still love choosing vegetarian or vegan options at restaurants. I know that everyone has their own definitions for these kinds of lifestyles so because of that I have included obvious options, like cheese on pizza, or eggs since not everyone considers those things so choose with your own discretion. This also isn’t a comprehensive list - I just want to show that it’s possible to order these kinds of delicious options at popular restaurants in Indy without having to settle for the dreaded sole house salad.
